under 250euros, we charges 15euros for shipping

Delivery Time 14-21 business day

We carry both “made to order” and “in stock” pieces. 

Made to order pieces are custom produced for you when you place your order, and are shipped upon completion by our jewelers, 

within approximately 2 to 3 weeks of purchase or otherwise as specified in your order summary at the time of checkout. 

In stock pieces ship within approximately 7-10 business days of purchase. 

While we aim to ship your order within the lead time stated in your order summary, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions.

Important Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact contact@faitmainparis.com if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. All orders are shipped via Chronopost. 

For orders shipped to destinations outside the Europe, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, 

all of which are the customer’s responsibility. 

Fm paris not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

As our name Fait Main suggests; all of our jewelry is individually handmade in our atelier in Paris, 

Each piece is created one by one; and the subtle variations that naturally occur through the handmade process are part of our philosophy

and the character of our work.

For this reason, once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Non-returnable/ Non-exchangeable cases

- Change of mind for made-to-order or custom pieces

- Minor variations in shope, texture, or finish resulting from the handmade process

- Damage caused by wear; misuse; or customer handling

- If the provision of digital content has already commenced. 

(However, this shall not apply to the portion for which the provision of such digital content has not commenced in cases of a contract comprising divisible services or divisible digital content.)
You bear the cost of returning your order in the case of an exchange or return whereby the reason for exchange or return is 

based on your preferences (including exchange for a different color or size, etc.) 

rather than damage or if the product not matching its description. 

Exchange policy 

- Exchanges are only available in the case of clear damage or a significant manufacturing defect upon receipt.

- In such cases, we offer a one-time exchange for the same item only

If you are seeking a perfectly uniform or flawless industrial product, our brand may not be the right fit for you.

We kindly ask that you consider this carefully before placing your order. 

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
